Fishing enthusiasts will find native trout at the head of the Ésera river, since the quality of the waters and the density that exists in Benasque and the mountains above have made it not necessary to repopulate.

It is recalled that to fish in the inland waters of Aragon it is necessary to have a license issued by the Aragonese Institute of Environmental Management (INAGA). In some sections of the river a specific permit is also required to access the preserve. Both license documents are processed from Hotel Ciria at least 48 hours in advance (working days).
