Our award-winning kitchen is overseen by chef Dionisio
Ciria and is considered to be one of the best in the valley.
We specialize in regional Aragoneese, Spanish and
international cuisine.
The Ciria brothers hunt, fish and grow many of the ingredients
that make up the menu.
Dishes including wild boar, mountain goat, partridge, venison
and trout are some of the more common.
The kitchen uses a traditional wood-fired oven.
