Hotel
The Ciria family has a long history running hotels,
  starting in 1976.
  In 1990 the present Hotel Ciria was built respecting the
  Aragonese mountain architecture of stone and wooden
construction materials.
  Service and contact with our clients is especially
  personalised as all the members of the Ciria family direct and
  work in different areas of the hotel.
  Our establishment includes our award-winning restaurant "El
    Fogaril" which takes its name from the domed stone and
    wood fire-place room at its entrance, a wonderful place for
   
conversation anytime day or night.
   
Our kitchen is overseen by chef Dionisio Ciria who has
    rescued grandmothers recipies and at the same time
    surprises us with creative new dishes giving the clients a both
    traditional and innovative cuisine.
    The Ciria brothers being dedicated hunters and fishermen
    offer wild game and fish that they themselves have captured
    as well as wild mushrooms, wild fruits and a variety of
    home-grown vegetables used in the dishes in their menu.
    They also serve a home-made dry anisette liquor with
    mountain berries (pacharan) which is not to be missed.
